Moncove Lake, which encompasses 144 acres, provides fishing opportunities for largemouth bass, bluegill, trout, and catfish. Rowboats and paddle boats can be rented for a nominal fee. Visitors are welcome to bring their own boats, if they meet all state regulations and use less than a 5 hp gasoline motor. A boat ramp is available.
