Burnsville Lake, located just down the interstate from Stonewall Jackson Lake. Burnsville Lake, in about 1000-acres in size, and provides a healthy populations of largemouth, small mouth and spotted bass, crappie, muskellunge, walleye, channel catfish and bluegill. Fishing accommodations are provided for the physically disabled anglers and Class Q hunters. Boat ramps at Riffle Run and the Bulltown day-use areas provide year-round access for public use. Camping is limited to developed campground areas (204 campsites).
Burnsville Lake Marina operates from early April until mid-October, and offers rental boats, gasoline, snacks, and bait.

Directions: Burnsville area may be reached from I-79's exit 79 or by U.S. Route 19 from I-79 exit 67. A picnic area is located at the Falls of Little Kanawha in the lake's tail waters.
